NAMES OF AGRICULTURAL TOOLS IN THE DICTIONARY OF RUSSIAN DIALECTS OF ODESSA REGION

The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the names agricultural tools recorded in Dictionary Russian dialects Odessa region (Odessa, 2000–2001, vol. 1–2). object study dialectal appellatives for tools. This material was collected during dialectological expeditions specialists students Faculty Philology, I. Mechnikov National University several decades (1960s – 2020s). subject typology identified units according functional pragmatic features, as well their etymological word-formation analysis. methods functional, linguopragmatic, sociolinguistic, semantic, etymological, word-forming quantitative analysis, descriptive method, are applied. result identification five lexical-semantic subgroups LSG "Names Agricultural Tools". Conclusions. A total 278 region, which not found multi-volume folk dialects. largest subgroup manual equipment, tools, accessories them (121 units, i.e. 43.5 %). data indicates a very significant share labor production northwestern Black Sea and, at same time, variety types activities aimed growing, harvesting processing crops. second used with horse or traction device (61 22 %); third places storing devices grown crops (42 15.1 %), fourth machines (40 14.4 smallest fifth means moving products (14 5 studied testifies multi-vector development polysemy group words called region.
